No thin walls or parties every night. Would probably prefer somewhere on the NW side of town, near 43rd and 39th but doesn't have to be. Needs to be clean and cute. I would prefer a place that came with a washer and dryer but it's not a requirement. Please let me know if cable/utilities are included in the rent or if they have to be paid separately.
